Our explorations led us to understand how people

We realised that trust and motivation held the key to addressing the challenge of empty accounts along with

We aim to encourage people to deposit money in bank accounts by addressing the current trend of low deposits.

It became evident that the core of the issue lay within tier 2 and tier 3 cities, prompting us to take a closer l k.

With valuable insights and the green signal ✅ from RBI 🏦, we began conceptualising how to

build trust, motivate, and engage users to save more.

to onboard due to concerns about NOLO being a paid platform.

We addressed user hesitation by prominently emphasising, NOLO's free-to-play nature during the onboarding.

How we solved it

Users were hesitant to undergo a lengthy KYC process involving the sharing of detailed bank information on a new app.
